Instructions and Tips for Use
A fantastic product that has many uses. As well as whitening your buttercream for cupcakes and cake decotating you can also use alcohol or Sugarflair's rejuvenator liquid to turn this powder into a edible white paint to paint directly on to your cake.
By adding it dry to Powder colours and Lustre Dusts you can also make a variety of paler shades from a single pot of the coloured powder.
WHY NOT TRY THIS WHITE BUTTERCREAM RECIPE! This makes a whiter buttercream so that your pink cakes stay pink and not peachy as often happens with the yellow butter!
112g butter (as pale as you can find) or half butter half margarine (room temperature) 450g confectioners (icing) sugar 1 tsp clear vanilla essence or rose water milk as required 3 tsp superwhite
