Instructions and Tips for Use
Weigh out gelatine according to the recipie. Soak the gelatine in cold water for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the quantity of liquid required in your recipie in a pan. Transfer the soaked gelitine leaves, having removed any excess water, to the gentally simmering water to melt. Leave for two minutes sturing occasionally.
Do not leave water to boil as this can prevent a good set being achieved
