Instructions and Tips for Use
Use with a variety of Edible and Non-Edible materials such as Renshaws Regalice, Sugar Florist Paste (SFP), Mexican Modelling Paste (MMP), Marzipan, Pastry, Cookie Dough or Craft Clay. You can even use them for texturing chocolate!
Roll out your paste on a non-stick surface using cornflour or icing sugar to prevent it from sticking.
Place Texture mat on top of the fondant Icing / Sugarpaste and re-roll over the top of the mat. Remove your Texture Sheet and then simply cut the shape you want out of the icing.
Just perfect for getting the textured effect on cupcakes.
