Dog Bone Tool-
The main use for this double ended tool is for making frills and for smoothing sugar flowers. Because the dog bone gives an infinite variety of curved edges it is probably the most useful tool in your box when using for smoothing and frilling. With practice you can get lots of different frill effects with the one tool - the smaller the curve the more frilly your paste will become.
Blade and Shell Tool-
The main use for this double ended tool is for sugarcraft modelling. The blade is perfect for cutting marzipan and sugarpaste without dragging. You can also use it for marking lines onto your models. The other end has serrations marked which make perfect shells or paws.
Scallop and Comb Tool-
The main use for this double ended tool is for sugarcraft modelling. The scallop is perfect for adding features to faces. The other end which has a zig-zag edge is useful for texturing paste.
Plain Taper Cone-
The main use for this double ended too is for opening out flowers with deep throats to give an even cone opening. Useful for texturing and shaping sugarcraft models too.

The main use for this double ended tool is for sugar flower making and frills.
This Bulbous Cone end makes beautiful Garrett frills or for frilling flowers particularly the trumpet shaped ones such as daffodils,azalia etc as the pointed end allows frilling without widening the trumpet. The other end allows you to make deep tubular openings in flowers such as Nicotiana, violets, foxgloves and other tubular flowers. It can also be used when sugarcraft modelling.
The main use for this double ended tool is for sugar flower making although it also has uses in frilling and modelling on cakes, cupcakes and sugar modelling.
