Shipping and Returns
We offer a 24 hour dispatch time from receipt of cleared payment.
Please Note: We get mail collections from Monday to Friday only. Royal Mail and other couriers do not count Saturday and Sunday as working days and this should be considered when ordering your goods.This means if you order Friday afternoon the next day for dispatch will be the following Monday. Where there is a Bank Holiday this would also not be considered to be a working day so please take that into consideration when placing your order.
In general your order will be dispatched in one parcel however this is dependant upon the size and weight restrictions by the handler. We may also send your order in more than one parcel dependant on the items ordered to prevent damages. This will not cost you any more but will ensure your order arrives in the best possible condition.
All shipping costs include postage rate and packaging costs

It is important that you choose the post that is needed for your circumstances.
We offer the following options for dispatch:
- Standard (Flat Rate)
- Royal Mail Signed for First Class
- Royal Mail Special Delivery
- UK courier
We also offer a free post click and collect option. Please do not choose this option unless you are calling to collect in person as we will have to contact to arrange postage payment and therefore your order will be delayed. Should you choose this accidentally please Contact Us asap to change the shipping method.
*All UK orders over £30 offer free standard shipping however if you require faster or tracked delivery you can choose to upgrade to signed for or Special Delivery options at check out.
Standard flat rate postage is by Royal Mail 24. This is charged at £2.95. Although in most cases this will arrive the day following dispatch it can take between 1 and 3 days to arrive. Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery times on this method and it is not tracked.
Occasionally we may send standard items via our courier service at no extra cost where the parcel is heavy or fragile items are included.
Signed for First Class delivery offers a tracked service which requires a signature on receipt. As with the standard delivery this will generally arrive the day following dispatch but can take between 1 and 3 days to arrive. Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery times but say that they aim to deliver 93% of mail by the next day.
Royal Mail Special Delivery is a guaranteed next day delivery to most of the UK so is the option of choice when you really must have that order by the next day. For remote areas and islands this may take a day or two longer and for details of exceptions you can check the Royal Mail FAQs about special delivery on their website. Royal Mail do not guarantee a Saturday delivery so orders dispatched on a Friday would be expected to arrive the following Monday. We always attempt to get your order out on the same day but please remember that we do have to process, pack and dispatch it so we ask for a cut-off time of 12.30pm to allow time for dispatch. Orders received after that time may not be dispatched until the following working day.
Our UK Courier offers an overnight service which will deliver before 12.30 the day after dispatch to most areas in the UK, including Scotland and Northern Ireland. Deliveries to remote areas and islands may however take a little longer. As with Special delivery please complete your order by 12.30 to ensure a same day dispatch. Orders received on a Friday morning would be expected to arrive the following working day (Monday except in cases where there is a Bank Holiday)
Prices for mail services other than the flat rate are calculated according to the weight and size of your parcel(s). When you make an order you can check in your shopping basket before you sign in or pay to find out the cost of the various postal options in the table at the bottom of the page. This is the price for the current list of items and as you add items this will change accordingly.

We offer the following options for dispatch:
- Royal Mail International Standard (formerly Airmail)
- Royal Mail International Signed (formerly signed for)
- International Courier
All international packages are sent by Air.
Royal Mail International standard does not provide a tracked service.
Royal Mail International signed offers more security for your order. Your item will be tracked until it leaves the UK and will only be handed over at its final destination once a signature from the recipient has been taken. You can track this item and see when it arrived in your country by using the Royal Mail Track & Trace Service. Some countries also offer ongoing tracking but this depends on your resident country. You will need to sign for the package once it arrives.
The courier service provides the best tracking and, for heavier parcels, is often the cheapest option. You can track your parcel by using your tracking number at the website indicated.
Delivery times vary greatly and local customs and delivery services may cause some delays. Royal Mail and courier services aim to deliver packages into your country within 3-5 working days for Europe and 5-7 working days for the rest of the world however it must then pass through customs and local delivery services. In our experience most parcels arrive at their destination as follows:
- Europe: 5 - 7 working days
- Rest of the World: 10-14 working days
If you live in a remote region this may add additional time onto delivery so please take that into consideration when you choose your options.
IN CASE OF A DELAY
Please remember the time scale given is an estimated delivery only so if possible leave yourself extra days in case of postal service or customs delay.
Please wait until after the estimated time frame before contacting us as there is nothing we can do until your parcel is overdue.
If after the given time you do not receive your parcel please check your local delivery depot first! I know many people think we make this up but the many times we receive product back because it has not been called for is quite unbelievable! Unfortunately it often is not always your local postie who delivers but it may come in a van at different times of the day and they frequently do not leave cards!
If you have no joy there it may be that you are one of the few that have parcels go missing so please Contact Us and we will investigate for you for you.
In the event of a missing package we will resend your order or refund the full cost including postage, once all the above steps have been completed.
PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER
When you receive your order please check it carefully for any errors or damages and if there are any problems please let us know within 14 days of receipt
We will refund or replace any item that you are not 100% happy with as long as it is unused and in it's original packaging. Unfortunately the exception for this is that we are unable to refund or replace edible items due to Hygiene reasons so if you have any doubts about colours or uses please Contact Us before you buy and we will be happy to give advice. In this case you will be responsible for the return postage.
Of course should you have a faulty item or the reason for return be due to a fault on our part we will of course refund or resend your order whether edible or not completely free of charge.
