Chocolate Sweet Moulds - Mini Cracked Eggs - 6 Halves

This mould is brilliant for moulding sweets and chocolates for Easter. The mould has 6 half egg impressions.

Fill with flavoured chocolate, allow to set, then use a hot knife to melt the flat surface and stick 2 shapes together to form 3 perfect mini Easter Eggs. 

The perfect size for cupcakes or use to fill the full sized eggs. 

Measurements per egg: 3cm approx

Instructions and Tips for Use

For the best results wash and dry the mould and then polish well with cotton wool before filling with chocolate. If using chocolate couverture it is best to temper your chocolate well to prevent blooming and keep the chocolate crisp and shiny. Cooking chocolate does not need tempering before use.

C.E.P advise that moulds should not be washed with or filled with substances over 70°C.
