Red Extra is a professional quality Sugarpaste for covering cakes of all kinds. The Extra range of sugarpaste has been manufactured to be extra firm and extra elastic. This allows it to perform better in warmer more humid climates.
Also known as Fondant Icing and Ready-to-roll icing it is smooth and rolls out well. You are advised to knead the paste through thoroughly to prevent cracking and to give a great finish.

For an excellent modelling paste for figure modelling try mixing half and half with Squires kitchen SFP.
The majority of our sugarpastes have at least 2 - 3 months (many have over a year!) on their best before date - should you want to ensure the date please email us before ordering and we can let you know the date of the current stock. Please note that these products are subject to 'Best Before' dates rather than 'Sell by' dates. If you keep the sugarpaste for an extended period there is nothing in it that will go off - the paste will just go drier over time.
