Squires Kitchen chocolate ganache mix is a smooth and creamy ganache, perfect for desserts, truffles, cupcakes and much more!
This ganache also makes a great filling for homemade chocolates and a little of the water can be exchanged for spirits or liqueurs to give a little alcoholic kick!
Instructions and Tips for Use
Add 85ml of cooled boiled water to 250g of Squires Kitchen Chocolate Ganache Mix in a microwavable bowl. Place in the microwave on full power for 1 minute, stirring every 20 seconds until melted. Take care not to overheat the mixture. Remove from the microwave and stir until completely smooth. The ganache is now ready to use!
Bain Marie Method
Add 85ml of cooled, boiled water and 250g of Squires Kitchen Ganache mix to a bowl and place over a pan of simmering water until melted. Make sure that no water or steam gets into the ganache mix. Once smooth and completely melted the ganache is now ready to use!
For Piping And Filling
Prepare either in the microwave or bain marie as above and then place mixture in the fridge to cool until required thickness is achieved. Lightly beat before use.
