When we went to the NEC Cake show last November we were absolutely blown away by the detail on the moulds made by Katy Sue Designs and we have now got the first order in from her Victorian Garden and Meadow ranges
We know how popular Karen Davies moulds have been and we think these new Katy Sue products are a good complimentary range with their very fine detail. I just love her designs in black and white! But you can also complete them in pale pastel shades too.
As with Karen Davies moulds Katy Sue’s are a quick but really effective method for decorating your cupcakes look incredible without taking forever to produce. They are also great for small motifs and side designs on all your celebration cakes.
Instructions for using Katy Sue Moulds:
Wash and dry moulds well before use and lightly dust with corn flour to ease release. Keeping mould on a flat firm surface, push in a smooth ball of paste. Press paste evenly and firmly into mould without overfilling. Use a rolling pin and even pressure to ensure all areas are full and the base is flat. Cut away any excess paste from the edges being careful not to cut into the mould. Turnover mould and release paste embellishment gently onto a clean surface.
I hope you enjoy them as much as we have!
